Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches students the use of leverage and technique to defend themselves against a larger, stronger opponent.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai kickboxing focuses on speed and power, all while increasing your stamina, endurance, and cardio strength.

MMA

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that combines a variety of martial arts techniques, using striking and grappling.

Kids Club

Kids Club includes both Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kids Muay Thai, designed to teach transferable, life-long skills and make your child bully-proof.
