The Kids Club is tailored for children aged 5 to 14, providing age-appropriate programs in Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.

Our Kids Club offers countless benefits, including physical fitness, bullying prevention skills, and opportunities for social interaction and team building. Martial arts also instill lifelong skills that go beyond the mat such as discipline, self confidence, respect for self and others, focus, and more. It’s a great outlet for kids with ADD/ADHD to release energy and improve concentration.

While BJJ and Muay Thai are combat sports, our Kids Club classes are not focused on combat. Our experienced and certified instructors prioritize safety, implementing age-appropriate training techniques, proper supervision, and maintaining a positive and encouraging environment to teach basic techniques and the core vales of martial arts. 

Absolutely! The Kids Club is designed to accommodate children of all skill levels, including those with no prior martial arts experience. We welcome children as young as 5 years old to give martial arts a try in a safe, nurturing environment. 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is built on the values of brotherhood, integrity, and development. Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu curriculum in centered around these values and focuses on fundamental techniques, emphasizing coordination, discipline, and the principles of self-defense in a way that is engaging and enjoyable for children.

For Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes, children should wear a well-fitted gi. A gi is composed of a heavy cotton jacket, reinforced drawstring pants, and a belt which signifies your rank.

For Kids Muay classes, children should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows freedom of movement. A classic t-shirt and athletic shorts are suitable.

Revolution gis, Muay Thai t-shirt, and more are available for purchase at the Revolution Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness pro shop. 

Kids Club incorporates self-defense techniques and promotes confidence-building, providing children with the tools to effectively handle bullying situations and fostering a sense of empowerment.

While parents are welcome to observe classes, active participation is typically reserved for the children. We believe this creates a focused learning environment for our young participants.
