Our self-defense classes are open to individuals of all experience levels, and there are no specific prerequisites. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have prior self-defense experience, you are welcome to join our classes.
Yes, we occasionally offer self-defense classes for children to address bullying and teach them how to protect themselves. These classes are designed to be age-appropriate and focus on building confidence and personal safety. For regularly scheduled classes, our kids Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes can offer many of the same benefits, and more, to children ages 5 and up.

Many of our self-defense classes are specifically designed for women and offer an environment for women to connect. Our first responders’ self-defense classes are inclusive and open to individuals of all genders. We offer specialized programs for both men and women, ensuring that everyone can benefit from self-defense training.
Our children’s self-defense classes focus on teaching kids essential self-defense techniques, building their confidence, and providing strategies to address bullying situations. The goal is to empower children to stand up against bullying and stay safe.
In most cases, you won’t need to bring any special equipment. We provide the necessary training gear and any athletic clothing is suitable to where.
The duration and frequency of our self-defense classes can vary depending on the specific program. Typically, our classes run for one hour and are scheduled weekly, for 4-8 weeks. We also offer private self-defense classes for companies to host for their employees or schools to host for students. These may be hosted at Revolution Fitness Center or at your business as long as their is a suitable space for training.
